This is why I like Russia

I like politicians that are quirky and heavy fisted. Sure, I appreciate democracy... but ideally I am like Socrates. When Socrates spoke about government he felt that the most superior form of government would be under ONE perfect leader. Thus, I love seeing leaders take control. Wait, before you burn me. Yes, I despise evil dictators whether "elected" or non-elected (Mugabe is sucha waste of a human. He is despicable!).

But you got to love the leader that just stands up and sticks it to other countries... anybody? How about THIS. It is an article describing Russia's new president Medvedev says that America is in no position to give financial advice and gloated about how fast Russia's economy was growing at the moment.

When I read this I just thought, "Man this is awesome." Because it is just the most ridiculous statement I have read today. Ya sure, the American economy is in a slump but last time I checked the GDP per capita of the U.S. it was 6 or 7 times more than Russia. Amazing.
